All Latitude runs a small number of carefully designed expeditions each year. I occasionally bring on a co-guide or specialist for a single opening — someone who shares the same standard of care, judgement, and quiet professionalism.
Who I look for
- — 5+ years guiding in your environment
- — Current first aid / WFR / equivalent
- — Calm under pressure, generous with guests
- — Strong local knowledge of a specific region
