Effective 29 June 2026
Expedition travel rewards preparation. This page sets out what to expect physically and how All Latitude works with each guest to ensure participation is both safe and enjoyable.
General Physical Demands
Expeditions involve sustained activity in remote environments, often in changing weather. Guests should be in good general health and comfortable with multiple consecutive days of walking, carrying a day pack, and adapting to terrain and climate.
Specific demands vary trip to trip — always read the individual expedition page for the fitness level, altitude exposure, and any specialty requirements such as cold-water diving or glacier travel.
Health Declaration
By booking an expedition, each guest confirms that they:
- Are in good general health and have no undisclosed condition that would make participation unsafe.
- Have consulted their physician where appropriate, particularly for cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal concerns.
- Will complete the Medical & Fitness Declaration in full and in good faith.
- Will inform All Latitude of any material change to their health between booking and departure.
- Carry comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including evacuation cover.
Right of Refusal
The expedition leader may decline participation in any activity, or in the expedition itself, where in their professional judgement a guest's health, fitness, or behaviour presents a risk to themselves or to the group. Refunds in such cases are governed by the Cancellation Policy.
Completing Your Declaration
The full form is available on the Medical & Fitness Declaration page and will be completed before each departure.
