Participant Agreement
An honest acknowledgement.
Effective 29 June 2026
All Latitude expeditions take place in some of the most extraordinary — and least predictable — environments on Earth. This agreement is a clear, written acknowledgement of what that means, signed before every departure.
The Nature of Expedition Travel
Adventure in remote places carries inherent risks. These risks are part of what makes the experience meaningful, and they cannot be entirely eliminated. By signing this agreement, the participant acknowledges that the activities undertaken on an All Latitude expedition may include:
- Mountain environments
- Glaciers and ice caves
- Volcanic terrain
- Ocean and open-water activities
- Freediving
- Snorkelling
- Wildlife encounters
- Remote environments far from professional medical care
- Rapidly changing weather
- River crossings
- Vehicle travel on unpaved or unfamiliar roads

- Accept personal responsibility for their participation.
- Will follow the instructions of the expedition leader and any other appointed guide.
- Will disclose any medical condition relevant to the activities undertaken.
- Will act responsibly toward themselves, fellow guests, hosts, wildlife, and the environment.
- Understand they may be removed from the expedition if their behaviour compromises safety, without refund.
